THINGS YOU NEED TO KNOW BEFORE WE START WORKING TOGETHER

If the price is missing for a service - please contact me directly. For certain types of services I have to know the amount of work, timeframes, deliverables, how materials will be used and of course your budget. All of these will help me to give you an accurate estimate.

! IMPORTANT !

1. Rush order will add a rush fee to the final invoice. Please let me know in advance your timeline, so I can plan my time accordingly.

2. RAW footage is sent ONLY to Commercial clients.

3. I give 2-4 weeks estimate just to be safe. I always try my best to submit work as soon as I can. Sometimes my schedule gets a little busy and I have multiple projects that need my attention. If you want your photos to be done by a certain date, request a rush order ahead of time. Please let’s be respectful to my time and my other clients. No need to call and text me 24/7 asking me when the photos will be ready.

Once wee agree on the shoot a non-refundable 50% deposit will always be requested before we proceed to an in-depth discussions of the project / photoshoot . This protects my time and work I put in befor the shoot.

You will have 1 free reschedule of the shoot. If you have canceled twice, you will have to pay the non-refundable deposit again to re-book a new date.

Sometimes there will be extra expenses, such as : props, gas, location (studio rent), model / location scouting etc.

Any and every expenses will always be discussed ahead of time with a client.

Raw files are being shared only with commercial clients upon their request.

RAW files ( unedited material) is heavy and is used by photographers or retouchers and graphic designers in order to manipulate the image, crop, edit it and convert into a lighter file.

Gift certificates that require full payment ahead of time.

Certificate expires within 1 year of the date that it was made.

Certificate can NOT be exchanged for money.
